Product Introduction
The main beam of the suspended platform of the hanging basket is the core component that carries operators and tool materials. It is usually made of high-strength steel, such as national standard I-beams or channel steel, to ensure structural stability. Taking the ZLP630/ZLP800 hanging basket as an example, the main beam is composed of multiple basic sections spliced together, each with a length of 2 meters. A closed frame platform is formed by connecting the basket heads at both ends, which can be flexibly assembled into lengths of 2 meters, 4 meters, or 6 meters to meet different construction needs. The main beam design needs to comply with the new national standard requirements, such as a basket bottom thickness of 3.2mm, using hot-dip galvanizing technology for corrosion prevention, and optimizing hole spacing and structure for quick disassembly and assembly, ensuring safe and efficient high-altitude operations.
