Product Introduction
The suspended platform pedal of the hanging basket is the core component of the high-altitude operation hanging basket. It is made of high-strength rolled steel plate or aluminum alloy material, with a thickness of usually 2.0-3.2mm, and the surface is treated with anti slip to enhance friction. The pedal structure consists of a basket bottom, a basket hoop, and reinforcing ribs, with the basket hoop thickness not less than 3.2mm, which meets the requirements of the new national standard. Taking the ZLP630/800 hanging basket as an example, the pedals can be modularized and assembled, supporting length adjustment of 2-6 meters. The load-bearing capacity of a single pedal can reach 630-800kg, suitable for curtain wall installation, exterior wall cleaning and other scenarios. Its advantages lie in lightweight design, corrosion resistance, and quick disassembly and assembly characteristics. Some products use hot-dip galvanizing technology, with a service life of over 10 years.
