Product Introduction
The suspension platform baffle of the hanging basket is a key safety component of the high-altitude operation hanging basket. It is usually made of high-strength materials, such as hot-dip galvanized steel plate or aluminum alloy, and has anti rust and wear-resistant characteristics. Its design complies with the national standard "High Altitude Operation Basket" (GB 19155-2017), with a minimum height of 150mm for the bottom four sides of the baffle and a gap of ≤ 5mm with the bottom plate, effectively preventing tools and materials from falling. Part of the baffles are designed to be flattened, making it easy to lift large equipment; The pivot is equipped with torsion springs and tension ropes to ensure stable load-bearing after the baffle is deployed. The synergistic effect of barriers and guardrails forms a closed working space, enhances construction safety, and is widely used in high-altitude work scenarios such as building exterior walls, bridges, and dams.
