Product Introduction
The suspension basket counterweight bracket is the core safety component of the high-altitude operation suspension basket, consisting of a front bracket, a rear bracket, a counterweight frame, and an adjustable counterweight block. Its design follows the strong bar standard of anti overturning moment and overturning moment ratio ≥ 2. The rear bracket is made of national standard Q235 steel, with a counterweight circular tube thickness of 2.5mm and horizontal and vertical tubes of 80 × 80mm square tubes to ensure structural stability. The counterweight is fixed by basket bolts or rigid connections to prevent sliding, and its weight strictly matches the basket model (such as ZLP630 counterweight 1000kg). The adjustable range of bracket height is 1.15-1.75m, suitable for different working surface requirements. Some new products adopt a wall mounted design, without the need for additional weight, and are securely fixed through structural ties.
