● The hoistmotor adopts the advanced plane brake motor, the technical performance is advanced, the volume is small, the brake torqueis big, the brake is quick and reliable, has themanual release device under the power cut-off condition, the operation is simple and reliable.

● The reducer of hoist adopts domestic advanced cycloid reducer, smaller than worm gear transmission, gear transmission volume, light weight, low noise, high transmission efficiency, light and stable, safe and reliable, convenientmaintenance.

● The safety lock has high reliability. The safety lock can protect the crane when the rope is broken or thehanging basketis inclined less than 8°.

● The electric control box has protection measures such as phase failure, leakage, automatic limit and emergency braking.

● The box and main parts are made of high-quality materials by special heat treatment, so they are small in size, lightin weight and long in service life.

● The hanging basket can be assembled from 1 m to 7.5 m in length, and the hanging mechanism can be adapted to any working place, which is convenient to use, flexible and light. Equipment installation, commissioning must read the product specifications, and operator training, so that operators understand the working principle of equipment, precautions and safety operating procedures, can notbe on duty without training.

● Assemble the basket as shown. The counterweightiron should be of sufficient weight. The moment at the counterweight end should be three times of the moment at the hanging basket end (force × arm = Moment).

● Check the hoist, press the button to make the hoist idle, to see if the operation is normal, no noise and jam phenomenon.

● The safety ropeis threaded into the safety lock and the counterweightis hung. Start the hoist motor, the wire rope into the hoist, the rope head should automatically come out from the rope outet. The distance between the lifting rope and the safety lock should be adjusted after assembly. By moving the safety lock to the angle of thehanging basket 6° - 8°, the safety lock can lock the safety rope.

Safety And Quality Assurance

The safety lock is normally open. When the basket is tilted due to various reasons, the safety lock can lock the basket within 100mm at this time.

Personnel entering the basket must wear a hard hat, fasten a safety belt and fasten the safety belt buckle to the safety rope on the upper part of another reliably fixed building.

Under the conditions of keeping, using and maintaining, our company will be responsible for the free maintenance of the damaged or non-working parts within half a year from the date of shipment.

Equipment Ge

The load of the hanging basket shall not exceed 8 kn of large lifting force. The high-altitude work electric hanging basket is for the building outer edge decoration, the clean, the paint and so on work and sets the equipment, strictly forbids to use it as the elevator, guarantees the electric motor intermittentwork. The continuous operation of the motor shall not exceed 30 minutes.

If there is a power failure or failure of the electronic control system, the motor can be pulled to release the handle, so that the hanging basket gradually falling, landing stop. Itis strictly forbidden to slide down to the ground directly from the height, because the hanging basket will fall faster and faster due to the acceleration of gravity, in order to prevent accidents.

With the motor revving at 3% . The inside difference or the mechanical part error causes the hanging basket occasionally not to have the parallel phenomenon, if the hanging basket inclined within 8°, the safety lock can lock the hanging basket, therefore the operator should adjust the hanging basket at any time to be in the horizontal liftcondition.

The surface condition of the wire rope shall be observed by the operator at all times. If it is found that there are broken wire, broken strands, external corrosion, kink, serious deformation of cross-section should be replaced in time, shall not continue to use.

If found in the construction hoist, safety lockjam or abnormal sound should be timely maintenance, strict prevention equipmentdisease operation.

The user shall apply to the manufacturer for overhaul once a year, and the manufacturer shall make a good repair record.
